Fresh and delicious handmade food is the philosophy of our restaurant, something we're extremely passionate about. Chefs Gallery stays true to our core philosophy, as written in calligraphy on our walls, 'The skills of the chefs are equally as important as the quality of the ingredients".

Without doubt, our signature handmade noodles are must-try dishes. Tirelessly folded, stretched and pulled, our noodles are made and cooked to order. From the original 'mama dough' to the 'baby dough', Chefs Gallery noodles are handmade and served in minutes ensuring absolute freshness.

For our evening diners, we have created mouth watering bite size "Gourmet Dim Sims" which are handmade daily and delicately presented to your table. Don't be fooled by their modern good-looks, these are no new creations dreamt up in a trendy chef's lab. People have been tucking into Dim Sim since the Tang Dynasty (8th century). And now the word's out in the West where they're just as well loved.

Our ‘tapas style’ Chinese cuisine with a modern twist is our aim to offer a more extensive range of creative dishes in small portions, most suitable for sharing with friends and family. With this menu, we have also included some traditional and familiar dishes to earn your approval.
